These beads are handmade. During transit a flower charm, bow, or k9 charm can break off. If you are not able to or not willing to glue it back to fix the bead please do not purchase this listing.
This is not to say that your beads will arrive broken and damaged. We do our best to package beads safely but if your package is mishandled it can cause damage.
Most of the times the beads will arrived with no damage at all but because these are fragile some damage can happen. We ask that you only purchase this if you are willing to fix the damage as we cannot offer replacements.
